Customer Service Operations Manager Stockholm

We are looking for a qualified Customer Service Operations Manager to join our team. You love tech and customer service!            

YOU WILL

Provide excellent customer service and resolve all technical issues within 2nd and 3rd line support both within our Swedish service but also for our national and international partners.

You have experience from building a support team in an entrepreneurial environment where one day is not like the other. In line with our further expansion plans, this will in time also involve recruitment and management.

You will be our heart in the organization where you are the link between colleagues and customers where tech collaboratively meets business.

YOU ARE

You will be responsible for supporting the organization in technical issues and further leading our technical support team to provide excellent customer service and together communicate and resolve tasks within tech.

As a Customer Service Operations Manager, you should have a solid technical background combined with customer service experience. A problem-solving attitude with an ability to motivate your team to achieve specific goals is essential to perform well in this position. You have very high communication skills.

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure high-quality technical support and increase client satisfaction.
